What you’ll do
Review and validate entity-level sustainability disclosures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory and voluntary frameworks.
Align ESG content across internal and external reports, regulatory filings, and global communications.
Benchmark disclosures against peers, propose enhancements, and document rationale to maintain a single, clear voice.
Challenge ESG data validation, review methodologies, and ensure transparent reporting of assumptions and limitations.
Act as a governance checkpoint prior to final approval, supporting annual updates and new regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to embed the disclosure oversight capability and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What you bring
Experience in sustainability or ESG reporting, including regulatory frameworks such as TCFD, CSRD, SFDR, and familiarity with sustainability reports and management practices.
Strong attention to detail, quality assurance, and oversight to ensure consistency and clarity of disclosures.
Knowledge of ESG data and reporting standards, including PCAF, and experience working with platforms such as Workiva (preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams, manage stakeholders, and identify risks to maintain alignment and governance.
Strategic, proactive, and self-motivated, capable of driving continuous improvement and embedding new disclosure processes.
