The role brings together leadership and hands-on solution design, technical analysis and continuous improvement across a busy change pipeline.
* Lead and develop a team of systems analysts.
* Own end-to-end solution design: requirements, analysis, configuration, documentation, testing and sign-off.
* Oversee ongoing configuration and optimisation of the student system.
* Define and maintain best practices for enterprise applications, integrations and automation.
* Partner closely with stakeholders, project teams and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
