Job Objectives
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and provision of high quality, evidence-based psychological services across the business to people with complex mental health needs. This includes assessment, diagnosis, devising, monitoring and reviewing treatment programmes and facilitating therapy/counselling sessions and group intervention.
Responsibilities

* Provide a range of psychological services such as assessment, review and programme implementation
* Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to deliver an integrated and coordinated service and contribute to person-centred plans
* Provide advice and training for staff, parents and families
* Maintain statistical records and produce service reports
* Participate actively in service development and quality improvement
* Ensure professional standards are maintained and policies are complied with
* Stay up to date with developments in psychology and early intervention, attend training and participate in research and development
Qualification
* Recognised professional post-graduate qualification in clinical psychology (doctoral or equivalent)
* Registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland
* For non-EU candidates, qualification validated by the Department of Health with appropriate supervision arrangements
Experience
* Experience with individuals with autism, intellectual disabilities and/or mental health difficulties is desirable
* Newly-qualified candidates who have completed clinical psychology doctorate programmes are welcome to apply
Knowledge
* Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation
* Registration with the Psychological Society of Ireland
Skills
* Full clean driving licence required

* Ability to work within a fast‑paced and flexible team
