The Opportunity

At 4AG Robotics, we build robots that harvest mushrooms, and we’re revolutionizing the agriculture industry. As we expand our footprint in Europe, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Ireland to join our growing global team. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role supporting our customers through the successful onboarding, deployment, and performance of our robotic systems. You'll be the face of 4AG to our European partners, helping ensure they get the most out of their investment, and that we're always learning from their experience.

What You'll Do

* Own the customer relationship post-sale, from deployment and training to ongoing performance support.
* Ensure our customers feel confident, supported, and successful using 4AG robots in their day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate onboarding and implementation plans tailored to each customer's unique setup.
* Monitor system performance and customer feedback to identify issues early and drive resolution.
* Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Engineering, Product, Service) to share feedback and advocate for customer needs.
* Help develop scalable processes for European customer support, including documentation and training materials.
* Travel to customer sites across Ireland (and potentially other EU locations) as needed to support deployments or escalations.
