Business Growth Strategist
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in a pivotal role. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a critical part in shaping and implementing a successful sales strategy for retail clients.
* Demand Generation: Identify and maximise new business opportunities across the West Region of Ireland.
* Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer and licensee customers to achieve volume and margin targets.
* Performance Review: Regularly review sales performance, address variances, and implement corrective actions where required.
* Market Intelligence: Actively engage with marketing campaigns and initiatives, and conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
Key Requirements:
* Sales Excellence: Proven track record in sales with a strong focus on achieving KPIs.
* Account Management: Key account management experience within retail, FMCG, or related industries.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver strategic sales plans.
