CNM 3 Endoscopy
Private Hospital Dublin have a day hospital in Northern Cross (North Dublin). Here they have an endoscopy unit where they are seeking JAG Accreditation.
They are looking for a CNM3 to lead the implementation of JAG accreditation in this unit.
Responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of JAG accreditation through effective coordination and quality management.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Endoscopy service.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high quality patient care by managing the allocation of skilled nursing staff.
- Champion transformational leadership and innovative approaches to service delivery, aligned with the hospital's quality improvement plans.
- Foster a positive working environment that promotes continuous professional development, clinical excellence, and in‑service education for all staff.
Applicant Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Have a minimum of 8 years post registration experience, with at least 2 years at CNM II level in Endoscopy services
- Previous JAG accreditation experience
- Degree level qualification and/or postgraduate qualification in a clinical specialism
- Builds strong collaborative relationships across all disciplines
- Proven leadership and management capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
