Known for their high-quality product range and longstanding relationships with contractors and key industry players, they are now seeking a Commercial Director to take full ownership of their commercial function.This is a senior leadership role and a key hire for the business as they look to scale operations, increase market share, and drive revenue over the coming years.The Role:As Commercial Director, you will lead the sales and commercial strategy for the business, managing a team of 4 field-based salespeople and 2 internal sales staff. You will be responsible for setting pricing, sales forecasting, reporting, and overseeing all commercial operations, including quotes, tenders, and large-scale project support.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with the senior management team to define and execute growth strategy, improve performance across the sales function, and drive profitability and pipeline conversion.
