I am recruiting a very unique and interesting job for a Sustainable/Preloved Fashion Retailer with stores nationwide and an online presence.
This job is based out of their head office in Naas with 2 days working from home.
As
Ecommerce & Digital Manager
you will oversee and really develop sales of their pre-loved
Premium, Designer, and Vintage Clothing across eBay and their website.
This is a hugely exciting time as the website is not yet up and running but all signed off, therefore I am looking for a candidate to lead this project and launch
This job reports to Head of Business Development & Growth, with a Marketing Executive reporting into you.
You will also work very closely with the stock acquisition manager who sources the stock.
The focus for online is very much the premium, vintage, and designer products, so you will work with some lovely brands and will be very hands on with the stock and choosing what goes online.
This a really really lovely job that will evolve and this person can really shape this role and make it their own.
Salary is €50K negotiable but must reflect experience plus Pension Contribution.
Responsibilities for the job of
Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager
* Select and manage product ranges for all online sales platforms.
* In conjunction with the inhouse photographer oversee the creation and presentation of high-quality, visually appealing product photography.
* Manage online merchandising, pricing structures, and product descriptions to optimise customer engagement and conversion.
* Monitor online sales performance, identify trends, and implement actions to increase revenue.
* Produce regular KPI reports detailing online sales, web traffic, and performance analytics.
* Liaise with the Stock Acquisitions Manager regarding product availability, assortment, and recommendations.
* Plan and oversee all digital campaigns and analyse campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness, return on investment, and future opportunities.
* Manage CRM systems to support customer engagement, segmentation, and loyalty initiatives.
* Develop and execute targeted communication and promotional campaigns informed by CRM data and analytics.
* Analyse ECommerce performance data to inform strategic and operational decision-making.
* Produce regular reports on sales trends, customer insights, and campaign outcomes
