Programme Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee high-profile international programmes in the aerospace sector.
* Act as main point of contact for customers and key stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships.
* Lead cross-functional delivery teams from initial award through to completion.
* Manage programme schedules, cost tracking, and escalation processes where necessary.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective project management strategies to achieve programme objectives.
2. Manage and coordinate international travel and host milestone meetings with OEMs and airline partners.
3. Apply best practice Programme Management tools including Change Management, Risk/Opportunity Management, Scheduling, Profit & Loss tracking and Lessons Learnt reviews.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project or programme management.
* Excellent stakeholder and customer engagement skills.
* Able to multitask, prioritise and resolve issues in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
