THE ROLE
As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the key link between our products and customers.
The majority of your time will be spent on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers in a busy retail environment. You will also have opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, store operations, and personal shopping. Additionally, you will support handling first-line customer inquiries via our online system, with the rest of your time dedicated to in-store customer service.
You will work closely with your management team, helping the store achieve its targets, selling our collections, and maintaining an attractive store presentation at all times.
Great training tools and product knowledge will be provided, and it will be up to you to make the most of these resources, learning and developing within a brand that offers opportunities for career progression.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
* Spending most of your time on the shop floor in a fast-paced, fun environment.
* Styling customers in our latest collections, sharing detailed product knowledge, and providing an exceptional brand experience.
* Maintaining the store’s aesthetic, ensuring product availability, and upholding floor set standards.
* Managing stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders, utilizing digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
* Responding to customer queries via email, chat, and calls, and making service decisions to resolve issues while retaining customer loyalty.
* Putting the customer at the center of everything you do and working collaboratively with the team to achieve the best results.
* Greeting customers and tailoring your approach to support their visit's purpose.
* Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of staff areas, showing pride in your surroundings.
* Supporting and observing peers, seeking feedback to support your growth.
* Spending between 30-50% of your time on online customer service, either in-store or from home.
* Collaborating with customer experience team leaders, receiving coaching, and escalating complex queries appropriately.

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our concession at Brown Thomas, Limerick, opened in October 2020, operating typically from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, subject to seasonal changes. The team is small but passionate, bonding over films and crime documentaries. Brown Thomas, established in 1897, is located in the heart of the city.
