We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee administrative duties, logistics, and office management.

* Manage daily office operations and provide strategic support to senior staff members.
* Act as the main point of contact with clients, suppliers, and office staff.
* Oversee job scheduling, prioritisation, and the implementation of new admin and finance systems.
* Support engineers with logistical arrangements.
* Manage stock control and ensure accurate stock movement tracking for invoicing purposes.
* Monitor supplier pricing and make purchasing decisions.
* Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and cash flow reporting.
* Manage HR administration, including employee records and Health & Safety compliance.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

* Strong IT skills and experience implementing new systems.
* Financial awareness in invoicing and cash flow management.
* Understanding of HR administration and H&S compliance.
