This role requires one day per week (Tuesday) in our Kilkenny HQ.
Responsibilities include:
Proposals & RFP Management
* Coordinate the complete lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from receipt through submission.
* Prepare high-quality proposal documentation by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions of all client proposals and tenders.
Contract & Document Management
* Manage end-to-end commercial contracts, including Client, Partner, and Agent Agreements, along with any Addendums
* Maintain an organized repository of all executed agreements, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded
* Oversee version control, approval workflows, and contract renewals
Salesforce Administration
* Maintain Salesforce platform with up-to-date commercial data, pricing inputs, and pipeline accuracy
* Develop and deliver dashboards and reporting on pipeline, forecasting, and commercial KPIs
* Support user management, troubleshooting, and assist in the development and improvement of Salesforce processes
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure Salesforce best practices are followed
Sales Enablement Tools
* Administer and manage sales tools, including DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo
* Ensure platforms are properly maintained, users are onboarded effectively, and issues are resolved promptly
Other Commercial Support
* Proofread and review commercial documentation for accuracy and consistency
* Assist in the procurement and onboarding of third-party contractors
* Support the creation of commercial, sales, and training materials as needed
The skills that you have:
* A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Support role
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
* Ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
* An exceptional attention to detail
* High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English
