This role requires one day per week (Tuesday) in our Kilkenny HQ.
Responsibilities include:
Proposals & RFP Management
* Coordinate the complete lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs from receipt through to submission
* Prepare high-quality proposal documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, legal, finance, and technical stakeholders
* Collaborate with pricing and finance teams to develop competitive, accurate, and strategically aligned pricing proposals
* Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all client proposals and tenders
* Proofread and review commercial documents for accuracy and consistency
Contract & Document Management
* Manage end-to-end commercial contracts, including Client, Partner, and Agent Agreements, plus any Addendums
* Maintain an organised repository of all executed agreements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Oversee version control, approval workflows, and contract renewals
Commercial Systems & Collaboration
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial tools (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) are used effectively
* Leverage Salesforce to track pipeline data, access reports, and maintain commercial accuracy (prior usage required)
* Provide input on process improvements and commercial reporting needs
* Support onboarding and training related to commercial tools where needed
The skills that you have:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field
* Fluent written and verbal communication in English
* Minimum 2 years' experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Support
* Prior hands-on experience using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
