Desktop Support Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician on a contract basis to maintain seamless ICT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd-level support for desktop, application, mobile platform, and network issues.
* Assist in the rollout of Desktop OS and applications, including testing and documentation.
* Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware incidents promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests using ServiceNow.
Requirements:
* Industry certifications and relevant experience are required.
* Previous experience working within a Financial Services Company is preferred.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is necessary.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11), MAC OS, and Citrix is essential.
