Project Director Role
This position requires a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead a project.
* Plan, coordinate and direct activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage resources, workforce, subcontractors, equipment and materials.
Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and technical assessors to ensure project completion in accordance with the programme/contract.
Comply with and co-ordinate project activities in accordance with quality procedures and engineering specifications.
Meet agreed objectives in the areas of timely delivery, cost, quality and client satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of Health & Safety and Quality at all times.
This role involves overseeing various aspects of the project, including planning, coordination, and execution. A strong understanding of project management principles and practices is essential for success in this position.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A thorough knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is also desirable.
