Construction and Cost Management Professional
Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Construction and Cost Management Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for delivering strong, innovative, and honest project and cost management solutions on construction and civil engineering projects across all sections in Ireland and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-contract cost control and advise to Design Teams & Clients
* Pre-contract document preparation
* All post contract functions including; interim recommendations, cost reporting, Client meetings, final account reconciliations
* Responsibility for training and development of assistant and junior Quantity Surveyors as part of team structure
Requirements:
Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor - Chartered status is preferable but not mandatory
The candidate should be commercially aware and have ambition to progress within the organisation.
It will be necessary to have the drive and determination to manage strict budgets to ensure the commercial success of projects
