1. To provide expert technical support to internal and external users in an efficient and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with remote desktop applications, help desk software, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred but not required. ITIL certification is also desirable for the right candidate.
