Job Summary
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the execution and successful delivery of various IS/Automation projects. This includes portfolio planning, resource management, risk management, and financial management. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver end-to-end technology projects from business case creation to qualification and go live in manufacturing production.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of IS/Automation projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, technical leadership, budget estimate, and management.
- Manage multiple initiatives and priorities, anticipating and resolving project issues, delays, and problems.
- Perform cross-system analysis, feasibility analysis, scope projects, prioritize deliverables, and recommend optimal solutions.
Requirements
We are looking for a collaborative individual contributor leader with the following qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Engineering and 2 years of combined Information Systems and Manufacturing Process Automation experience
- Or Master's degree in Engineering and 4 years of combined Information Systems and Manufacturing Process Automation experience
- Or Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 6 years of combined Information Systems and Manufacturing Process Automation experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, including 5+ in Pharma/Biotech industry.
