We are seeking a transformational Senior Finance & Operations Manager to lead our Ireland-based Sales Shared Services Center (SSC), supporting EMEA wide operations. This role will provide strategic oversight, foster cross-functional alignment, drive process excellence, and cultivate a high-performing team to support the region’s continued growth.

Responsibilities
* Strategic Business Partnership
o Collaborate with Sales and operational leadership to define and deliver KPIs that drive SSC productivity, contribution, and strategic performance.
o Serve as SSC’s primary Finance and Operations business partner, providing visibility and analysis on resource investments and operational effectiveness.
o Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on standardization, scalability, and best practice adoption, leveraging structured problem-solving tools (e.g., root cause analysis, stakeholder charters, cross-functional workshops).
o Gather feedback from EMEA management on SSC performance and coordinate with relevant teams to implement effective countermeasures.
* Operational Excellence & Team Development
o Manage core Finance operations including statutory reporting, local tax compliance, cash management, payroll, invoicing/order management, and facilities.
o Evolve channel partners / distributors, recommend programs to drive growth objectives and create key metrics measuring market effectiveness.
o Build, coach, and scale a high-performing team, fostering skill development and career growth with a regional (EMEA) perspective.
o Ensure data integrity, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across multi-entities.
* Collaboration & Communication
o Foster strong, cross-functional relationships across EMEA, acting as a connector between sales management, controllers, and corporate headquarters.
o Drive a customer-centric, transparent approach, providing regular updates and visibility to regional and global stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree and 15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 5 years management experience is required.
Additional Qualifications
Experience in business partnerships, particularly with Sales Operations and Finance management.
Proven track record leading business transformation, cross-functional change initiatives, and scaling business operations.
Expertise in process improvement, KPI creation and adoption, and driving adoption of best-in-class measurement frameworks.
University degree in finance or related field; CPA and/or advanced degree preferred.
Multilingual is a plus.
