This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and career-driven chef to join a high-quality kitchen environment, ideally suited to candidates coming from a 4 or 5-star hotel background or strong fresh food operations. The Role Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen Take responsibility for a designated section and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Contribute to menu development and daily specials where required Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standard Requirements to be Considered Must have experience in hospitality Must have experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel or high-quality kitchen environment is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-standard environment Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits Salary: €35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Accommodation provided Opportunity to work in a unique and scenic location in the Burren Strong opportunity for career progression and development Exposure to a high-quality, standards-driven kitchen environment Supportive and professional team culture Additional Information The hotel operates on a seasonal basis and is closed from December to February
