The Opportunity
Join EY’s Customer Transformation team to reimagine how businesses connect with their customers through digital innovation, customer strategy and user‑centric services. You will work on projects that shape customer experiences and drive sustainable growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design holistic services using human‑centred design to identify pain points, co‑design innovative solutions, and visualise experiences through user journey maps and prototypes.
Translate requirements into solutions by collecting and prioritising user needs and research‑based insights, and track user benefits to ensure an optimal end‑user experience.
Foster open dialogue, active listening, and a culture of innovation, co‑designing solutions with cross‑functional teams to drive measurable business growth.
Clearly articulate complex ideas through storytelling, facilitate client workshops, and create impactful services, products and experiences.
Develop growth strategies and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Advocate user‑centric approaches, simplify interactions and enhance user experiences.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Research and Analytics – Conduct research, interpret user needs, frame problems and communicate insights.
Design Strategy – Create meaningful concepts and design interactions addressing unmet human needs.
Innovation & Creativity – Design and test product concepts, iterate with stakeholders.
Product and Service Development – Expertise across the development process from problem solving to interface design.
Analytical, problem‑solving and creative thinking with a focus on outcomes.
Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles, design thinking and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication – Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
What We Look For
4‑5 years of proven experience in Service Design or a related field.
Degree in Design, Business, Computer Science, UX Design, Service Design or a related field.
Client‑delivery experience, having worked with or delivered for external clients.
Strong research and analysis skills; proficiency in prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro).
Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Team adaptability and ability to collaborate within an evolving priority environment.
