We're a fast-growing company providing outsourced office, bookkeeping, and sales support services to clients across Ireland. Our clients trust us to manage their day-to-day operations so they can focus on growth. We're now expanding our own team and looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive our internal sales efforts and help us continue to grow.
The Role
The Business Development Manager will focus on generating new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-up. This is a sales-focused, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys talking to business owners, identifying their needs, and setting up appointments that lead to results.
You will work closely with our leadership team to develop prospect lists, run outreach campaigns, and convert leads into meetings and new clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and execute outbound sales and appointment-setting campaigns.
* Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships and qualify leads.
* Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate notes and next actions.
* Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and refine sales messaging.
* Follow up consistently and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
* Support marketing initiatives by sharing insights from client interactions.
* Contribute to team targets and weekly performance reviews.
Training & Development
We believe great salespeople are made, not born.
You will receive structured sales training, including:
* Weekly coaching sessions on call strategy and objection handling.
* Training in CRM management and automated sales workflows.
* Guidance on lead nurturing, follow-up best practices, and closing techniques.
* Access to proven scripts, templates, and continuous performance feedback.
