Site Engineer | Cork
€45-€60k ++
The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring high level quality work, and ensuring it complies with the regulations and general specifications of the project. Good setting out experience is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Setting-out from engineers' drawings, site surveys, as-built drawings
2. Reading & interpreting drawings for layouts, materials measure etc
3. Working with subcontractors/general workforce on site
4. Planning works in an efficient manner to ensure program targets are achieved
5. Liaising with client's representatives/Design Team members as appropriate
6. Ensuring that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards
7. Ordering and control of materials on site
8. Maintaining the site records as required
Key Requirements:
9. Completed a third level qualification in Engineering or related discipline
10. Good setting out experience
11. Strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
12. Self-motivating to deliver on safety, quality & program
13. Strong IT Skills
14. Full driving license
