Branch Inventory Coordinator - Athlone, Co Westmeath
Heat Merchants Group trades in 42 outlets around Ireland as Heat Merchants and Tubs & Tiles.
The group has 30 Heat Merchants branches and 12 Tubs & Tiles showrooms supported by a central warehouse and distribution hub based in Athlone.
The Group's business support services and technical design hub are based in offices in Athlone and Balbriggan.
Heat Merchants Group currently have an excellent opportunity for a Branch Inventory Coordinator to join the Inventory team at their Business Support Office in Athlone, Co Westmeath.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the Central Branch Replenishment (CBR) team where you will be responsible for ensuring branch stock availability levels are maintained and that branches have the correct stock profile to cater for day to day sales.

Job Specification
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily inventory activities within the branch to ensure accurate stock levels.
Review and process branch requisitions through CBR, ensuring compliance with branch-specific criteria.
Upload and maintain branch-requested CBR amendments promptly.
Monitor and maintain branch CBR ranges, addressing discrepancies as needed.
Prepare weekly branch-level Replacement Product Reports for review.
Action approved stock adjustments based on branch reports.
Generate and review Branch CBR Recalculation Reports, ensuring timely submission.
Work closely with branch management to confirm approvals and updates for recalculation reports.
Produce feeder return reports for scheduled stock returns to the Central Distribution Centre.
Assist in creating supplier return reports for periodic cleanses.
Investigate and process branch stock adjustment requests daily.

Additional Duties
Manage approved display and sample adjustments within the branch.
Update branch inventory analysis files weekly and support group-level reporting.
Prepare weekly CBR availability reports and assist with group inventory reporting.
Generate ad-hoc inventory reports as required by branch or management.
Maintain accurate updates to CBR Live Range and related branch tables.
Liaise with ERP support teams for branch-specific CBR issues.
Prepare cycle count and 365 reports for branch audits.
Support redistribution of products between branches when required.
Assist with branch warranty returns and related processes.
Person Specification
The following criteria will be used in the selection process.

Basic IT literacy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and integrity.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in MS Access.
Experience with ERP systems.
Previous experience in a data analysis role.
