As a Maintenance Technician working for a globally recognized customer, your responsibilities include:
* Complying with health & safety legislation
* Carrying out Automated Material Handling Equipment servicing
* Maintaining product flow
* Undertaking scheduled repairs
* Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC, and PC faults
* Prioritizing system faults
* Ensuring quality output
* Accurately recording work undertaken
* Participating in continuous improvement
* Managing on-site spares levels
* Representing the company professionally
* Adhering to quality procedures
Qualifications include a minimum Level 6 qualification in Electrical or Controls discipline, recognized engineering apprenticeship, or equivalent experience. Skills required include understanding of electrical & electronic manuals, control systems, PLCs, and working at heights. Experience with automation systems and PC literacy are also essential.
