BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* A degree
* Relevant experience in people management
* Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
* Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, overseeing and driving a culture of safety and wellbeing. They will also oversee projects to streamline processes, optimise productivity and increase quality of service for customers within their area of responsibility.
Job responsibilities include analysing and implementing changes to keep quality and productivity at a consistently high level. The individual will also work collaboratively with management-level colleagues to standardise shift practices.
