If you thrive on building strong relationships, solving business challenges, and doing the right thing—this is your moment.We're hiring a Learning & Development Supervisor to shape technical training at our brand-new manufacturing site in Athenry, Ireland. You'll work closely with experts, managers, and global partners to deliver effective, compliant, and engaging training programs that support our growth.Where You Come InLead technical onboarding and training for new hires in manufacturingOwn and deliver our New Employee Orientation programmeDrive knowledge transfer and align with global training strategiesFacilitate dynamic training sessions across technical teamsCoach subject matter experts to deliver impactful learning experiencesMonitor training quality through observations and feedbackCoordinate SME-led training with line managers and track progressDevelop robust systems to monitor and report training progressionManage LMS administration, training records, and reportingMaintain site-specific training matricesCollaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and excellenceSupport audits, training grants, and development initiativesUphold safety and quality standards throughout all training activitiesWhat Makes You SuccessfulBachelor's degree with 5–8 years' experienceStrong background in CER manufacturing; automation or medical device experience a plusProven success in start-up or scale-up environmentsSkilled in delivering technical training in regulated settingsConfident facilitator with engaging presentation skillsCommitted to safety, quality, and continuous improvementNatural leader with excellent communication and stakeholder managementProficient in LMS platforms and reportingCollaborative, adaptable, and solution-orientedPreferred Qualifications IncludeManufacturing or automation experienceDegree in L&D, training, or human performanceCertified trainer or facilitatorExperience in medical devicesBackground in start-up or scale-up operationsWhat you'll get:(this section should not be modified)A front row seat to life changing CGM technology.
