Reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager, the Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations to protect the hotel property, guests, and employees.
The ideal candidate must hold a PAS door & static guard qualification and a full clean Irish/EU driver's licence. Hospitality or customer-facing experience is preferable.
Operational Responsibilities
* Manage daily security operations
* Oversee access control processes
* Investigate incidents and report findings
* Develop and implement SOPs
* Manage rostering for day and night teams
* Conduct training as required
* Handle lost and found items
* Supervise and support both day and night teams
* Flexible shift patterns available to suit the right candidate
