Safety Management in Aviation
The role of a Safety Manager is pivotal in ensuring the safety of air traffic control and aerodrome operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and managing the Safety Management System (SMS) in line with regulatory requirements.
* Oversight of occurrence reporting, safety investigations, and risk assessments to prevent accidents and maintain compliance.
* Liaising with regulators, air traffic controllers, and operational teams to ensure safe and efficient operations, adhering to EASA and IAA regulations.

This mid-senior level role requires full-time dedication and ideally based in Dublin, Ireland, within the airlines and aviation industry. Desirable qualifications include SMS and Safety Investigation training, as well as a degree in aviation, safety management, or relevant experience.
