We are looking to hire a Hotel Receptionist, with at least one years Hospitality experience to join our experienced team here at the 4 * Kiltimagh Park HotelCandidate must be available for the full year.Overview of the role:Full time position.Working schedule is from Monday – Sunday mostly evenings including weekends but will include some early morning AM shiftsChecking in/out guests.Room billing and charges.Daily lodgements.Credit card balancing.Room allocations.Manning the switchboard.Guest Reservation bookings.Most importantly guest care and ensuring their needs are looked after during their stay.Ensuring all departments have up to date knowledge.Candidate must have:Must be guest focused and friendly.Works well as part of a teamMust be well organised and be able to deal with the demands of a busy reception desk.Have previous experience, within the hotel industry.Familiarisation with PMS front office systems, Windows, Excel, Outlook.Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsBenefits:Food allowanceOn-site parkingAbility to commute/relocate:Kiltimagh, County Mayo: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application question(s):Are you available for Immediate start?Work Location: In person
