The Role
We are excited to offer several opportunities for graduates to join our team as part of a 2-year Graduate Management Programme.

As part of the programme, you will undertake a challenging and rewarding Graduate Training Programme that will consist of four placements, each lasting six months in varying locations.
The placements are based on both personal development and the needs of the business.
The placements are based on the segments of our manufacturing business.
The main placements are related to operations such as Health and Safety, Project Support, Quality, Production and Sales support.
Many of our Senior Executives are alumni of the Graduate Management Programme and have advanced within the organisation.
Upon completing the programme, you will have a clearer understanding of how you would like to further develop your career, and we will provide guidance to help you map out your future within the organisation, along with information on suitable vacancies across the Smurfit Westrock Group.
Requirements
Minimum 2.1 degree and initiative to succeed in manufacturing industry
Mobile at short notice – placements vary across Ireland and the UK; flexibility required
Strong communication skills
Adaptable – programme allows you to develop experience across all sectors of the business
Enthusiastic and dynamic with strong eagerness to learn and be proactive
Fluency in English, spoken and written
Ability to work in Europe without a visa
A driving licence is an advantage but not required
Recent graduate, within last 1–2 years
