Job Description:
The Strategic Financial Transformation Leader will play a pivotal role in spearheading the organization's financial transformation initiatives, focusing on implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and harmonizing finance processes to drive business excellence.
This critical initiative aims to deliver a standardized, connected, and efficient operating model that supports long-term business success. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in planning and coordination, stakeholder management, scope and requirements management, risk and issue management, resource oversight, testing and quality assurance, and change management.
