Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Commercial Manager to lead our go-to-market efforts, manage a small inside sales team, and drive both new business acquisition and growth within our existing client base. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings fresh ideas to the table, and is passionate about delivering commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our products and services.
• Lead, coach, and support a small inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Ireland and the UK.
• Drive account growth by deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align commercial strategy with customer needs.
• Leverage insights from other business units to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on commercial KPIs to senior leadership
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in a commercial, sales, or business development role, ideally in SaaS, data, or B2B services.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales pipeline management.
• Experience managing or mentoring sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a track record of delivering results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Full drivers licence
