About the Role
We seek a dynamic Associate Director, Client Oversight to oversee operational readiness planning and delivery across various business lines. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including AI and Client Service Delivery, to ensure strategic initiatives are seamlessly integrated and executed.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Flexible work arrangements are available, including hybrid models with Dublin or Letterkenny offices and remote work in Ireland.
Primary Responsibilities

Program Management:

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of operational initiatives.
Create detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
Monitor and report on progress, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with AI, client service, and other teams.
Ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making.


Operational Readiness:

Design strategies for successful project launches.
Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Conduct assessments and recommend improvements.


Client Focus:

Meet client needs through high-quality solutions.
Work with client teams to understand requirements.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.


Performance Monitoring:

Establish KPIs and metrics.
Provide regular status reports.
Implement continuous improvement practices.



Note: Some meetings may occur outside standard hours due to global time zones.
Qualifications

Experience in project management and planning
Leadership in cross-functional teams
Risk management expertise
Proficiency in Excel

Soft Skills

Relationship management with clients and internal teams
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
