On behalf of our client we are hiring an Engineering Services Support Coordinator to join their team in Dublin 22. The successful candidate will provide technical support to our clients and to our engineers.Responsibilities:Ensure all progress is captured and updated on the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systemFollow up on all statutory works to ensure the client is compliantBring all calls for assigned clients to billing stageKeep all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) worksheets compliant and updated regularlyRespond to customer requirements in a timely mannerCompleting a technical review of all technicians' reportsGenerating customer quotationsSourcing materials and services and providing the client with competitive pricesExperience:Must be fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in IrelandExcellent communication and customer care skillsAt least three years' experience in a similar roleStrong mechanical/electrical backgroundAbility to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workAbility to make decisions and work without close supervision
