Marketing Executive - Gi Group Ireland
Salary: €38,000 - €45,000 + Award winning benefits

Role Purpose:
This role is designed to strengthen our brand presence and engagement in the Irish market by delivering tailored marketing strategies, localised content, and community-driven initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the primary marketing lead for Ireland, ensuring alignment with central marketing functions while driving local execution that resonates with Irish consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Content
Develop and execute brand positioning and messaging tailored to Irish audiences.
Create and localise content ideas for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Collaborate with central teams on website optimisation and SEO strategy.Digital Marketing
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on Irish market performance.
Implement social media strategies that drive engagement and community growth.
Coordinate email marketing initiatives including newsletters, drip campaigns, and reactivation campaigns.Local Engagement & Partnerships
Build strong relationships with Irish media, influencer's, and event organisers.
Identify and secure sponsorships and PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Organise and support local events and community engagement activities.
Develop strategic partnerships with local organisations and businesses.Candidate Experience & Referrals
Support initiatives that improve candidate experience and leverage referral programs within Ireland.Analytics & Optimisation
Work closely with central analytics teams to monitor campaign performance.
Provide real-time insights from local events and market shifts.
Optimise campaigns for better engagement and reduced spend on ineffective messaging.Key Objectives:
Increase brand credibility and demonstrate genuine local commitment.
Deliver targeted campaigns that resonate with Irish consumers.
Enhance speed of response and enable in-person engagement where needed.
Alleviate constraints on the central marketing team by owning local execution.Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand management within Ireland.
Strong understanding of Irish consumer behavior, culture, and preferences.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimisation.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Strong networking abilities with media, influencers, and event organisers.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
Ability to work collaboratively with central teams and independently on local initiatives.
