The Role You will play a vital role in supporting the Financial Planners, managing the client journey from "Hello" to policy issuance and claims.
This is a fast-paced environment where you will: Manage New Business, LOAs, and Transfers of Agency.
Handle client onboarding and compliance (AML/CPC).
Administer claims (Death, Serious Illness, Retirement).
Utilise industry systems (BIS, CRM) and Life Company Portals (Zurich, Irish Life, Aviva, etc.).
Who We Need We are looking for someone ready to hit the ground running.
As the client is in a period of high growth, we need experience on the board from Day 1.
Experience: 2+ years in a Brokerage environment is strongly preferred.
We will consider Banking candidates with strong QFA knowledge, but you must understand the broker process.
Qualifications: APA (Life & Pensions) is essential.
Full QFA is a distinct advantage.
Attitude: Proactive, organized, and client-focused.
