We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Commercial Performance: Own branch sales across trade counter, external sales, retail, and showroom. Drive growth and profitability through KPI monitoring, showroom optimisation, and a customer-first culture.
* Operations & Supply Chain: Oversee yard, warehouse, and transport operations. Manage inventory, procurement, supply relationships to ensure stock meets demand aligns with commercial objectives.
* Financial & Cost Control: Monitor operational costs support financial disciplines including credit control working capital cost efficiency across the branch.
* PPL Management Compliance: Lead develop all staff in area manage performance compliance Health Safety company procedures HR administration operations.
