Job Title: Talent Solutions Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Solutions Coordinator to support our recruitment lifecycle by managing candidate compliance, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
About the Role:
* Coordinate comprehensive candidate compliance process, including reference gathering and validation; Garda Vetting/ overseas police checks; occupational health; document collection & validation, peer review of files, and managing file transfers.
* Reviewing and tracking all documentation received from candidates ensuring it meets required standards Proactively follows up on outstanding compliance documentation and checks to ensure timely completion of onboarding reducing delays.
Liaising with Stakeholders:
Efficient communication is key in this role. You will be required to monitor respond to high volume email phone queries throughout day maintaining efficient issue resolution proactively engaging clients external teams providing updates reports as needed;
