About the Role:
* Responsible for overseeing the Siemens PCS7 central control system as the network owner.
* Design and program software for engineering projects and plant modifications.
* Perform software updates, troubleshooting, PID loop setup, and tuning.
* Provide technical support to engineers on control systems.
* Maintain functionality for new projects and modifications, ensuring operator stations and plant visualization software operate smoothly.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Education & Experience: Degree or equivalent qualification in a technical engineering-related field and minimum 5 years of hands-on industry experience in a similar role.
* Technical Skills: Strong experience with Siemens PCS7 Step 7, Simatic Manager, and Win CC, familiarity with Windows operating systems, and proficiency in PLC programming languages.
Additional Requirements:
* Familiarity with system archiving and restoration techniques.
* Knowledge of OT cyber security tools and best practices.
* Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
