The Role As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to clients across various sectors.
You will lead client assignments, supervise junior team members, and contribute to the strategic goals of the department.
This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What will you do? Lead and manage client assignments, including planning, execution, and completion stages Perform reviews of work completed by junior team members and provide feedback and assistance to those team members Prepare and review financial statements, audit files, tax computations, and advisory reports Prepare and review monthly management accounts and liaise directly with clients in relation to these monthly accounts Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and accounting standards (FRS 102, Irish Company Law, Irish Tax law, etc.) Collaborate with managers and partners on technical matters and business development initiatives Assist in training and mentoring of junior staff Participate in internal projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency within the firm What will you bring? Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) Minimum 24 years' experience in a practice environment (Big 4, Top 10 or mid-tier preferred) Strong technical knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software is an advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and time management skills
