Facilities Operations Manager
Job Overview:
* We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of a facility or site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior management in the execution of all maintenance tasks.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams and facilitating process enhancements.
* Assume full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the facilities team in the absence of senior staff.
* Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize facilities management processes.
Key Requirements:
* City & Guilds qualification as a minimum (Electrical preferable).
* At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven track record of leadership experience within a maintenance or engineering team.
