Our talent acquisition team is looking for a skilled professional to join us in Dublin. This role focuses on managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), automation, and data-driven process improvement to create scalable, tech-enabled recruitment solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as Greenhouse system admin to provide support, training, troubleshoot issues, and launch enhancements.
* Drive process efficiency and operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle.
* Maintain TA compliance, SOPs, and internal documentation.
* Deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize systems, tools, and workflows.
Requirements:
* Minimum 46 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR systems, or similar roles.
* Strong Greenhouse experience; HRIS exposure (Workday preferred).
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Project/changemanagement experience with ability to support cross-functional initiatives.
* Collaborative, strategic thinker who can handle confidential data with care.
