Job Title: Customer Service Representative - HR Support
Location: Dún Laoghaire (Hybrid - 2 days in office per week)
Contract Duration: 29th September to 5th December
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Purpose:
To deliver excellent customer service support to the HR department, handling employee queries efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment, with a mix of remote and on-site work.

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle incoming calls and respond to employee queries with professionalism and empathy.
*Log and track all queries and resolutions in the HR ticketing system.
*Escalate complex issues to relevant HR team members.
*Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
*Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
*Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed.
