Key responsibilities include delivering remote training sessions, facilitating in-person workshops, providing support and guidance on improving disability inclusion, contributing to the development of alternative training formats, and assisting with programme design and updates.
Requirements include prior experience in Learning & Development, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools, experience delivering training online and onsite, and a stable broadband connection.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a training or facilitation role, demonstrate empathy and enthusiasm for inclusive workplace practices, thrive in a small team environment, and value purpose-driven work.
This part-time position is suited to someone available to work four mornings per week, with flexibility for afternoon sessions considered. The role primarily involves remote work with occasional travel for in-person client delivery.
