Key Responsibilities
* Manage your section daily, upholding exceptional standards of food and service.
* As Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Head Chef in organising and running the service efficiently.
* Duties also include ordering food for the section, assisting with stock management, maintaining food safety and hygiene protocols, and contributing to menu planning for dishes prepared by the section.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie is essential for this role.
* You must be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work 40 hours per week across mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends over 5 days, including Saturdays and Sundays.
