Requirements:

* The successful candidate should possess a
relevant third-level qualification
in a construction-related discipline or hold an
equivalent professional qualification
OR;
* Have
7+ years of post-graduate experience
in a similar role.
* Demonstrated expertise in building projects in Ireland.

Duties:

* Hold a relevant third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
* Have 7+ years of post-graduate experience in a Clerk of Works or similar role previously in building projects.
* Proven ability to deliver projects to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and attention to detail.
* Expertise in monitoring construction drawings, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with contractors, design teams, and stakeholders.
* Strong capability to identify and address construction issues proactively, ensuring quality control.

Package:
