About the Role
This may sound like a boring role — but it's actually one of the most important technical builds happening inside our company right now.
We're creating a brand-new ERP system..... So we need to enter - Everything — products, stock, workflows, suppliers, pricing, logic — needs to be engineered, structured, and brought to life inside this system.
That's where you come in.
As an Information Systems Technician, you'll help design the digital backbone of the business. You'll be shaping data, building structures, and configuring the system that will power screens, kiosks, installations, warehouses, and day-to-day operations for years to come.
If you like tech, structure, clean data, and building things that actually matter, this is a brilliant first step into the world of systems engineering.
What You'll Do
* Build and structure product, stock, and supplier information inside the new ERP
* Configure item records, SKUs, attributes, categories, and workflows
* Build product pages for trade only clients on an integrated web portal
* Convert raw spreadsheets and files into clean, accurate, structured data
* Help test system processes (product creation, purchasing, stock flows)
* Spot errors, inconsistencies, and logic issues — and fix them
* Keep records organised so the whole system behaves the way it should
* Work closely with the team building out new modules and processes
* Literally help build the digital foundation the business will scale on
What You Need
* Strong attention to detail — accuracy actually matters here
* Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and structured workflows
* Good problem-solving skills
* Interest in systems, data, and how things connect (training provided)
* Ability to stay focused and work systematically
* No previous ERP experience needed — we'll train you from scratch
* You will need experience in cloud
* Ideal for graduates or juniors looking to break into tech and systems roles
