INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title Project Manager Project Commercial New Build & Fit Out Job Location Positions available in Dublin, Kildare, Carlow & Offaly Salary €75,000 - €90,000 + benefits About the Company Working with a reputable Building Contractor who have signed a number of new contracts across the Mid & South Leinster region with some exciting new and repeat clients. They are seeking a number of project managers to oversee exciting commercial projects valued between €5M and €10M from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects from preconstruction discussions, site set up, structural works and fit out etc. Looking for someone who is strong with programming, cost management, driving onsite work force, working with design teams & clients and overseeing a team of direct staff members. Competitive salary and package for the right candidate. The Role Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements. Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme. Report to the Contracts Manager. Create, monitor and update project programme Direct and Manage personnel, site staff and subcontractors and manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops and plan actions. Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate and liaise with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers and Service Coordinators to ensure all personnel have accurate and timely information. Deal directly with local authorities and clients and update them on the projects development. Requirements Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third level qualification) is essential. A minimum of 5 years experience working with a Main Contractor or Fit Out contractor at management level in Ireland. Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines. Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time. Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint with Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
