Travel Coordinator Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage travel arrangements for our team. This temporary contract is based in Dublin, requiring full-time on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and oversee all aspects of employee and executive travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
* Liaise with landlords/estate agents to arrange accommodation and coordinate itineraries.
* Manage multiple clients simultaneously and ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
* Prepare detailed reports on travel expenses and provide insights to inform future planning decisions.
Requirements:
* Fluent English communication skills.
* A minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in travel coordination or a similar field.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with travel software and systems.
* Knowledge of Ireland's transportation infrastructure and network.
* Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
