We are recruiting a Mid Week Part-Time Cafe Staff to join our team at Quirc Café.Quirc Café is a modern and customer focused cafe in the Heart of Straffan, Co Kildare.Open 7 days a week Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm, Saturday 8:30pm to 4:30pm and Sunday and Bank holidays 9am to 4pm.This position would suit someone with experience in a similar role, who is looking to work part time (5 days per week) Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm in a busy café/ retail environment. It would not suit a student.The ideal candidate must beBarista trained with a good knowledge of understanding coffee.Have very strong customer service skills.Fluent English is required and a professional and polite manner is essential.Excellent food preparation.Health and Safety regulations /HACCP trained.1-2 years experience in a similar role.Flexible to work weekdays onlyFlexible with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as working as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesAssist in food preparation and serving.Barista.Liaising with customers, and taking orders.Using the till/ card machine.Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.End-of-day cleaning.Maintain HACCP Standards.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: €13.70 per hourBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
